| Klotz 15’ Instrument Cable
Sadowsky winner of “Best cable under $100”.
I have a hard time wrapping my brain around spending more than $100 for
a cable, even if I can hear the difference in the more expensive
cables.
So with $100 or less as my budget, I listened to virtually
every premium cable on the market. My hands down favorite in this
category was the Klotz TM Stevens cable. Even though TM is a bassist,
this was our favorite cable for bass and guitar.
The cable sounds divine, is thin and flexible, and has very light
weight aluminum plugs. You just can’t buy a better cable for $80-$90
(depending on length). I knew I couldn’t do better so I became a Klotz
dealer just to offer you this cable. We also carry their speaker cables
as well. There is no point in buying high quality gear and using cheap
cables!
I’ll be the first to admit that tonal differences in cables are
as subjective as any other piece of gear. We have tried to be objective
in our listening tests. Please trust my ears and 35 years of
